Daniel van Zyl is a qualified architectural draughtsman with a degree in mechanical engineering and over 23 years’ worth of experience in the architectural drafts industry.
Over the years, Daniel has worked on over 2,000 projects, ranging from residential and industrial buildings to churches and heritage sites. He is highly knowledgeable about building and town-specific planning regulations and works very closely with architects to ensure projects are built according to plan and building regulations.
Die Kleinmond Ontwerp Ateljee offers drafting services that start the moment you make contact with its architectural draftsman, Daniel van Zyl.
Starting from your initial phone call with Daniel, you will be walked through the entire drawing process. Once you have had your first meeting to discuss your ideas and your budget, the plans will be conceptualised and digital models will be created in 2D and 3D.
After that, the plan will be shown to you for approval.
Once have signed off on the project, it is then taken to the local municipality to be approved for construction.
