U-Stay Struisbaai keeps an eagle eye on your property, so you don’t have to stress about it. This service includes regular property checks, pre and post-guest inspections and thorough site inspections after storms.

Inventory Checks

Inventory Checks

  • Inventory Check Fee: Price included in package deals

U-Stay Struisbaai will check your holiday home from top to bottom before and after a visit to ensure that every spoon, cup and plate is where it should be. The team will also inspect your kitchen and other electrical appliances to make sure they are functioning properly.

Cleaning

  • Cleaning Fees: R80 per hour for daily services (expect to pay R350 to R900 depending on the size of the cottage or house) 

U-Stay Struisbaai has a professional team, passionate about cleaning, to deal with pre and post-cleanup.  

Additional housekeeping services are available by arrangement.

Laundry

  • Laundry Fees: R45 per kilogram (expect to pay R350 to R1,000 depending on the size of the cottage or house)
