Join Lisa-Jane for a 2-day intensive workshop, at her retreat centre in Barrydale, in the Klein Karoo, where you will explore and develop within yourself, the concept of coherence.

I am holding this workshop at a very soulful and spiritually connected energetic space in the beauty of the Klein Karoo. You will need to find accommodation in the village of Barrydale yourself. We will start the weekend with a very special meal at Mez Karoo Restaurant around 7pm. You will then arrive at Asante around 9am on the Saturday and Sunday mornings for the workshop, which will end around 1pm on each day.

Although I offer this course in the city, I thought the time out in Barrydale and away from busy city life, would offer a unique setting for individuals to pursue some quiet contemplation and self reflection.

We are energetic beings and what we put out, in terms of our thoughts, emotions and actions, matter. As an Energy Healer & Intuitive Guide, I will help you develop a state of coherence and at the same time, assist in your understanding of how important it is that we work on and manage our frequency and vibration.

This will be a spiritual and enlightened experience which will bring you closer to your source code (soul) and unique vibrational blueprint, so come prepared for shifts.

I believe passionately in the ability of coherence to bring peace and calm to ourselves and others. Coherence also connects us to the Universal Energy Field and to each other in a way that allows for a conscious awakening and connection.

We will spend the morning connecting and working through the course content. I will then make my afternoons available for individual energy healings and spritual readings for individuals wanting to pursue this during their time here, at a reduced rate of R500 for the session. These sessions will be limited and so MUST be booked in advance of the retreat workshop.
There will also be the option of going for a magnificent fynbos walk of around 8km to view the local flora and vistas, which will be arranged on request.
