Changing Your Focus

So much pain and suffering can be avoided when we take responsibility for our lives and focus on the things we can change. All we need to do is accept that the only thing we can control in life is our own actions and decisions and shift our focus away from other people and events outside our control.

To truly be free accept the past and let go of the need to always be in control of everything. Accept that you need to leave some things up to a higher power.

You may find this difficult, but it is the only way to open up a world of possibilities and live the life you deserve.
