Bar Policy

• A R1,000 refundable deposit is payable for the use of the cash bar.
• The deposit will be retained instead of a bar fee if there is less than R1,000 turnover at the cash bar for the duration of the function.
• All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be bought through the Cash Bar 
• Wine, Sparling Wine or Champagne may be brought in with prior arrangement and a R35 corkage will be charged per bottle.  
• Any breakages of glasses or bar equipment during the function will be recovered from the Bar Deposit.  
• In the event that any beverages not bought from the cash bar are found on the premises, the full bar deposit will be forfeited.  
• Drinking of any alcoholic beverages in our parking lot is strictly prohibited. Guests caught doing this will be asked to leave the premises and the full bat deposit will be forfeited.  
• No alcoholic beverages may be taken off or enjoyed outside of the premises.  
• If your function requires a second barman, a fee of R250 will be recovered from the Bar Deposit.
