About

Salon owner, Karin van Staden studied hairdressing at Tygerberg Technicon and stepped into her first job as a stylist in 1980, at Glenby International.

In 1989, Karin and her husband moved to Bredasdorp where she worked at a local hair salon and built up a loyal client base. One of her dreams came true in 1993 when she opened her own salon.

Karin is passionate about her career and continues to keep abreast with the latest in hair products and styling techniques. Over the years she has attended various training courses with top beauty companies such as Wella, Hannon, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf and Joico.

To date, her greatest achievement in the industry was in 2017 when she received the globally recognised, PRAVANA Certificate as a Master Hair Colourist that has pride of place in the salon.
