The Double Rooms each have a double bed. The ensuite bathrooms have a shower, a basin and a toilet.

Deluxe Family Room x 5 (sleeps three)

The Deluxe Family Rooms each have a double and a single bed. The ensuite bathrooms have a shower, a basin and a toilet.

Deluxe Quadruple Room x 1 (sleeps five)

The Deluxe Quadruple Room has one double and three single beds. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, a basin and a toilet.

Super Deluxe Double Room x 1 (sleeps two)

The Super Deluxe Double Room has a double bed and the large ensuite bathroom has a spa bath, a shower, a basin and a toilet.

Deluxe Budget Room x 3 (sleeps one)

The Deluxe Budget Rooms each have a single bed and share a bathroom with the Back-Packer Communal Room and the Monthly Boarder Rooms. The bathroom has a bath / shower, a basin and a toilet.

Back-Packer Communal Room x 1 (sleeps four with a minimum booking of three)

The Back-Packer Communal Room has four single beds and shares a bathroom with the Deluxe Budget Room and the Monthly Boarder Rooms. The bathroom has a bath / shower, a basin and a toilet.

Monthly Boarder Room x 5 (sleeps one)

The Monthly Boarder Rooms each have a single bed and share a communal bathroom with the Deluxe Budget Rooms and the Monthly Boarder Rooms. The bathroom has a bath / shower, a basin and a toilet.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings:

• Less than 14 days forfeit the full deposit
• From 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit
• From 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit
• The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15
• December and 5 January
• No-shows will be charged the full accommodation amount.

Group Bookings (more than ten guests):

• Cancellations less than two months before arrival, forfeit the full deposit.
