@lantic View is a seafront self-catering holiday home in Perlemoenbaai, in Gansbaai. Separated from the ocean by a coastal road and green belt, @lantic View looks out over Walker Bay and distant mountain ranges. The two-bedroom home has an open-plan kitchen and living area equipped with all appliances you will need for relaxed get-togethers for families and small groups of friends. When you feel like getting out and about to see what the locals are up to, @lantic View is a few minutes' drive from restaurants and shops. Direct access to a well-known hiking trail, a tidal swimming pool and a nearby swimming cove are three of the perks to enjoy when you stay at @lantic View. Providing you with the ultimate hub for your seaside getaway, @lantic View offers one of the vantage points in the world to watch migrating southern right whales in their natural habitat (June to December). @lantic View accommodates five guests.

@tlantic View is situated on a coastal road overlooking a green belt and the Atlantic Ocean. Watch trawlers out of the sea, see breaching southern right whales in season and experience some of the best sunsets on the planet!

Lower-Level

The home's entrance is on the lower level. There is a downstairs guest bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

Upper-Level

The home offers a 180-degree view of Walker Bay, and distant mountain ranges and two huge sliding windows give you front-row seats to the sights and sounds of coastal living.

The open-plan living area has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. A spacious lounge is perfect for socialising and has a single bed for an additional sleeping arrangement.

There is a double bed in the first bedroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be moved together to form a King-size bed.

The shared bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Rates

@tlantic View’s rates for the house are as follows:

Festive Season (15 December - 10th January) - R2,300 per night
Easter Weekends - R2,300 per night
Out of Season (11 January - 14 December) - R1,600 per night

Cancellation Policy

21 to 28 days before arrival: forfeit 25% of the deposit
14 to 21 days before arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit
Less than 14 days before arrival: forfeit the full deposit
The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 10 January
Non-arrivals will be charged the full accommodation amount
