Amenities in the communal living area:
The Flat at Stone House boasts scenic views of Walker Bay. An open-plan living area includes a lounge, fully fitted kitchen and an indoor braai area. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom that has a shower, a basin and a toilet.
The first room is a tandem room that has its own separate entrance. It has a single bed and a Queen-sized bed.
The second room has a Queen-sized bed.

Stone House is best loved for the show-stopping (or rather show-starting) Upside-Down Blues Bar.
Various musical instruments are fixed to the ceiling and ready to be played by those with a little bit of an acrobatic streak in them. A Piano, still perfectly in tune, is the focal point behind the bar and it hangs at a mesmerizing angle that will challenge your perception. A one-hundred-year-old Double Bass still looks good from its perch above a huge, cosy sofa. Legend has it that it belonged to the proprietor’s grandfather who was the frontman for ‘Japie Laubscher en sy Uysterplaat Kerels’. Then there’s a guitar signed by a music-maker from years gone by... aaah if only these Stone House walls could talk!
The Rooms and The Flat at Stone House are priced on a standard rate throughout the year with no seasonal increases and decreases. However, specials are run sporadically throughout the year. If you are a large group travelling together, contact Stone House directly to custom build a package that will suit your budget.
