Boss Fit Studios builds a solid foundation for achieving your wellness goals. 

A therapist will consult with you to assess your body’s condition and health status before giving you a wellness proposal.

InBody Composition Analyzer

An InBody Composition Analyzer provides accurate data on your overall health. Your therapist will then curate your unique wellness programme that includes nutritional needs, a fitness training plan and wellness products, which will personally manage with you.

Private Gym / Training

Boss Fit Studios has a members-only exclusive-use gym with various training options. These include training on your own, with your therapist's guidance or under the watchful eye of a personal trainer to help you reach your goals. 

Additional wellness services include health analysis using the InBody Composition Analyzer, custom-curated training and wellness plans, and pain relief massages.

After an intensive analysis that includes a breakdown of bone density and body fat percentages, your therapist will curate your slimming programme.
