Gansbaai Courant

A group of children who is part of a journalism workshop through the Grootbos Foundation, visited Gansbaai Courant’s offices recently.  They were surprised to see what an intensive job it is to put a newspaper together.  The printing section was also very impressive and they would surely in the future, appreciate our town’s local paper more, when reading it.

Sarah Vögtli (far right) is their tutor and sports management and coaching intern at the Football Foundation subsidiary of the Grootbos Foundation. The upcoming journalists who can not wait to tell their stories, are Lauren Fisher, Elmario Prins, Maxhosa Ngcabashe and Tazneen Baartman.
