About

James Roux Properties was established in 1981 in Table View, Cape Town. 

James and Margie relocated to Gansbaai in 2004, and in 2010 their son Leon joined them as the agency’s manager. 

After James and Margie’s passing, Leon took over the family business and continues to uphold the same impeccable standards set by his parents.

Not being part of a big franchise allows James Roux Properties to practise greater freedom, and the flexibility to tailor-make property deals to suit potential customers. Striving for service excellence, James Roux Properties works in association with Cape Coastal Properties (CCH).
