Konigsberg sleeps six and well behaved pets are welcome outside in the enclosed yard and covered patio area.

This lovely 3 bedroom house is located 1km from Uilenskraalmond on the Baardskeerdesbos Road. It is located on a farm with your closest neighbour being 800m away.
Spectacular Views over Deyer Island (where the famous Great White Sharks are) and the rest of Franskraal to Pearly Beach.
Pet Friendly - Huge yard that can be fully closed and separate big area where your pet can roam safely.
Inside and outside Braai.

Accommodation

Living Room and Patio:

The cosy open-plan living room has an indoor braai, fireplace and dining room table. There is a smart TV that can connect to any device as well as a hook up to your DSTV decoder. A sliding door leads outside onto the large covered patio that has a braai, a picnic table and outdoor couches where you can laze away the day.

Kitchen:

The kitchen has all the modern appliances needed to make this your new home away from home.

Master Bedroom (sleeps two):

This spacious room has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and a toilet.

Room 1 (sleeps two):

This spacious room has a queen-sized bed and a double sleeper couch that can accommodate two children if necessary.The room is accessible from the outside patio as well as from the inside of the house.

Room 2 (sleeps two) :

This spacious room has two three-quarter beds.

Room 1 and 2 share a spacious bathroom that has a shower, basin and toilet.

Rates and Deposit

Rate per night for six persons:

Christmas (21 - 28 Dec) R1,800
New Years (28 Dec - 4 Jan) R1,800

Deposit:

50% of booking amount plus a refundable deposit (R1,000) will secure your booking.

Konigsberg has a minimum stay of two days and stays over long weekends must be for the duration of the long weekend.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are determined based on how close to arrival your booking is cancelled and whether your cancelled booking dates can been re-booked. Please contact Konigsberg for more details.

Additional Information

Minimum stay of two days.
Booking taking place over long weekends must stay for the entire long weekend.
Christmas (21 - 28 Dec) and New Years (28 Dec - 4 Jan) bookings have a minimum stay of 7 days.
