Hannes bought his first property in Gansbaai in 1981 and became a full-time resident in 2002.

He has a deep passion for the diverse nature, down-to-earth community and agreeable climate, and thoroughly enjoys the easy living vibe.

Anet Rossouw

Anet joined the Gansbaai Seeff team in 2018.

After enjoying many holidays in the Overberg, Gansbaai was an obvious choice when Anet and her family decided to relocate.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her animals and reading a good book.

Daniel Stemmet

Daniel joined the Gansbaai Seeff team in 2022.

A solid background in accountancy, business management and property renovations is put to good use in all aspects of his property endeavours.

This straightforward agent believes in the value of giving conservative, true, and not inflated property valuations. The truth might sting, but giving sellers and buyers correct information is always the best policy.

Cornie Swart

Cornie is the concession holder for Seeff in Gansbaai, Pearly Beach and Stanford.

Local is lekker, and Cornie (who is as local as they come) is proud he owns the farm he was born on. Although no longer a full-time fruit farmer, he is still involved in organised agriculture and is the President of Agri Western Cape.

With his agricultural background, Cornie is your go-to guy when purchasing or selling a smallholding or farm.

Deon du Plessis

Deon completed his studies at Leicester University and then spent years working in Abu Dhabi.

He settled in Pearly Beach when he returned to South Africa.

Deon specialises in new real estate developments. In his spare time, he lives out his passion for photography.
