Julia has worked at the villa since the very beginning. She ensures that the property is kept in perfect shape, and she can be found on-site from 9:00 to 15:00 when the villas are booked, should anyone need assistance with anything.”

Villa One is a two-bedroom self-catering apartment on the upper level with unrivalled views of Walker Bay.
The decor is stylish, yet has a relaxed beach-loft feel. A fully equipped kitchen has marble tops and high-end kitchen appliances. An open-plan living and dining area leads to a spacious patio with a braai and seating area.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a massive suite with a king-size bed, an ocean view and a sliding door leading to the patio. The room has an open-plan bath and shower. The basin and toilet have a shoulder-high pony wall for privacy.
Bedroom 2 is spacious and has a queen-size bed. The room has an ocean view and a sliding door leading to the patio. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

There is off-street parking in a double garage with direct access to the villa’s grand entrance hall.

The living and dining room was large, and so was the patio. The town centre was just an 8-minute drive away to get everything you needed.
