When you aren’t relaxing in the pool at your oceanside getaway, take a five-minute drive to Gansbaai where you will find a selection of choice restaurants, shops and outdoor adventures to keep you entertained. Whale Waters Self Catering Lodge is wheelchair friendly, has a maximum capacity of 14 guests, a minimum occupancy rate of six guests and a two-night minimum stay requirement.

The large spacious home is light and airy with the most magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.

It has a modern open-plan kitchen, fitted with high-end appliances. There is a separate scullery.

An open-plan living area is perfect for entertaining, and there is an indoor braai close to the big screen TV.

With luxury in mind, all the bedrooms at Whale Waters Self Catering Lodge have balconies that overlook Walker Bay.

Gansbaai

Rates

Whale Waters Self Catering Lodge’s rates are as follows:

Whale Waters Self Catering Lodge - 2024 Rates

R6,750 minimum rate for one to six people per night for the house (includes adults and children)
R750 per person thereafter
Children under the age of five stay for free

Please Note

Weekend bookings - a minimum of 2 nights mandatory
Long weekends - a minimum of 3 nights mandatory
Deposit payable within 7 days to confirm booking
Balance due 7 days before Arrival Date

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to booking (50% of the deposit is refundable)
Cancellations between 14 - 29 days prior to booking (25% of the deposit is refundable)
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to booking (no refund)
