Apple & Carrot Cookies
1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Bran
1 Cup diced Carrots
1 Cup diced Apples
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Cups Quick Cooking Dry Oatmeal
Cream Margarine and Sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. combine
Flour, Bran and Baking soda. Blend into a creamed mixture. Stir in Oats,
Carrots, and Apples. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
