The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs – one with a king size bed extra length and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.
The second bedroom has a double bed. There is also one bathroom with a shower and bath tub and a separate toilet. Downstairs has a lovely entertainment area with premium DSTV (no card required) and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outdoor braai facilities are also available.
A new addition to De Hoop Cottage is our outdoor wood-fired hot tubs. Each hot tub can seat about 4-6 people and the water is kept warm by a small heating oven below the water level. The cottage has the hot tub nestled around the corner of the house making it a bit more private. The tubs will be clean and ready to use on your arrival, all you need to do is to keep adding pieces of wood to the oven to keep the water warm.
