Where are you emotionally right now?
Sometimes, our behaviours do not accurately reflect our true selves, but rather how we have been conditioned to be. Our reactions are influenced by our ingrained mental "programs," Your reactions are simply responses driven by the programmed version of yourself - the way you have been conditioned to be. If you realise that your behaviour is not helping you to become the person you aspire to be, you can modify that conditioning. What you however need is a burning strong desire to do so.
Most individuals are dissatisfied with their lives and attempt to make changes, but only a small minority are successful in their endeavours. If you wish to change your conditioned behaviour and improve your life, you need the knowledge and proper resources to achieve this goal. Without them, you are destined to fail. First and foremost, you need to determine what conditioning you need to change to achieve your goals. Once you have established the behaviour you want to change, you need to develop a plan of action and implement it into your daily routine.
The impact that emotions have on our lives cannot be overstated. Your emotional state impacts all aspects of your well-being, including your health. Positive emotions have a beneficial impact on well-being, and vice versa. When a person experiences any form of acute happiness, their body begins to resonate at a higher frequency, and their brain secretes "feel-good" neurotransmitters that are beneficial to health and well-being (Bright Side, 2018). The energy associated with positive emotions raises the body's vibration. When this vibration reaches a certain set point, there is a rush of life-enhancing energy that elevates us into a state of ecstasy. When this happens, the body does what it has been created to do…heal itself. The opposite is also true. Negative emotions can have a significant impact on individuals and their well-being (Team Fearless, 2020). The experience of fear can be severely detrimental to your health. This is especially true when fear becomes chronic, and you find yourself experiencing negative emotions most of the time. When you constantly live in a state of fear you enter a state where it runs on autopilot and is sustaining itself.
Repressed negative emotions are a major cause of stress, and as you have learnt chronic stress is a major cause of disease. All degenerative diseases have their origin in either repressed trauma or repressed negative emotions. They are also the driving force behind addiction. Addressing and releasing negative emotions such as anger, shame, sadness, fear, anxiety, frustration, doubt, hate, hurt, rejection, and guilt is essential to reaching one's full potential and experiencing good health, wealth, and happiness. If these emotions are not addressed and resolved, you will simply not be able to live the fulfilling life you are meant to live.
