The rustic cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a cute lounge perfect for relaxing with a good book and playing board games after a day exploring the countryside. Vyeboom Cottage is near a historic museum and has direct access to hiking trails, MTB routes, medicinal mountain hiking tours, rockpools and horse riding. Welcoming the whole family, Vyeboom Cottage is wheelchair accessible. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.

Vyeboom Cottage is about 6km from Greyton.

Once a bus station dating back to the 1980s, the building had sleeping facilities for bus drivers on long journeys.

The bus station was converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2001 and refurbished again in 2023.

Layout

Vyeboom Cottage has an enclosed stoep where you can sit and relax while watching local horses trot by.

There is an undercover braai with a seating arrangement for enjoying meals alfresco.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge is perfect for relaxing with a good book and playing board games.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

The shared bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

Cancellation Policy

21 to 28 days before arrival: forfeit 25% of the deposit
14 to 21 days before arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit
Less than 14 days before arrival: forfeit the full deposit
The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations between 15 December and 10 January
Non-arrivals will be charged the full accommodation amount
