The majestic Palmiet Mountains and scenic lagoon views beholds as an exquisite backdrop while diners feast on royal cuisine. Executive chef Annie Badenhorst and her team will be preparing a 3-course menu, which will be expertly paired with complimentary Benguela Cove estate wines. The main menu will feature a choice of whiskey-cured salmon or cured venison, perfect for dad’s who enjoy tender meat seared to perfection.
