What craving or unhealthy habit have you picked up over the festive season or maybe you’ve been struggling your entire life?

To be honest I struggled with many different cravings during the holidays, but the most intense one is the vino, specifically red wine. For you it might be sweets, carbs, pizza, etc... It doesn’t matter what your craving, we will kick it to the curb.
