Deep Sea Fishing, also known as Off-Shore Fishing, is any type of fishing done in depths of over 100 feet. This is when the fun begins. Deep Sea Fishing is an exhilarating adventure which will create memories for a life time. Fish that will be targeted includes: Yellowfin / Long-fin / Skipjack / Bigeye / Marlin / Southern Bluefin Tuna.
All Fishing gear, light snacks and drinks are included. Footage of your Adventure will also be captured.

Please bring the following with: Warm Clothes, Shoes that can get wet, Sunglasses, Hat, Sunblock, Drinks, Snacks.
NB: Consult your Doctor for Seasickness Medication prior to the Trip. Obtain your fishing permit at your local Post Office before your Trip. Own fishing gear can be brought with on the Trip if you wish to do so. Please note that all Charters are Weather/SEA depending and no guarantees can be given on Catching any or specific kinds of fish for the day.

Come and enjoy the Hermanus Coastline with its beautiful reefs and inshore fishing. While on this trip you can also just relax and have a great adventure on the boat and enjoy the spectacular scenery and landscape of the Cape. All fish caught will be kept by the passengers if wish to do so. In-Shore Fishing takes place in water up to thirty meters deep. Since the waters are more calm, you can come and enjoy the Cape Coastline with its beautiful reefs, relax and have a great adventure. Fish that will be targeted includes: Galjoen / Kob / Red Roman / White Steenbras. We will have a “BoereWors” Braai on the Boat to end off the memorable day. All Fishing gear, light snacks and drinks are included. Footage of your Adventure all also be captured. Our SAMSA qualified Skippers will make this trip a once in a lifetime experience. NB: Consult your Doctor for medication if you suffer from seasickness. Bring your own fishing gear if you wish to obtain a fishing permit at the local postal office, before arriving for the Trip. All Charters are Weather/SEA depending and no guarantees can be given on any or specific fish being caught on the day.

Bookings can be done by telephone or email. Bookings will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% reflects in the bank account of Blade Charters.
Cancellations
Should we cancel the trip due to unsafe weather conditions prior to your trip, a 100% refund will be given. In the event that we need to shorten the trip due to a sudden change in weather conditions and or boat malfunction a refund will be given based upon the remaining trip time. This will be done at the discretion of the skipper. The skipper holds the right to cancel the trip at any time.
Refunds
Should you cancel your booking, refunds will be given based upon the following notice periods.
- 72 hours or more, 100% refund
- 48-72 hours, 75% refund
- 48 hours or less, no refund
Terms & Conditions
Please follow the skipper and crew’s instructions at all times, without hesitation or argument. Failure to do so could result in injury and or the trip being cancelled, without any refund. Your safety on board the vessel is our main concern. You will also be required to read and sign the indemnity form before departure. There are no guarantee on any fishing trips that fish will be caught, but our qualified skippers and crew will definitely make sure to try their best. Blade Charters does not take responsibility or liability and all passengers engages all trips at their own risk.
