Bonzai Martial Arts offers training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Self Defence, and Mixed Martial Arts. Classes are suited from complete beginners and any fitness level to serious competitors. We provide a safe and friendly environment where students can learn and grow.
Head Coach: Deon "Bonzai" Bruning is the owner and head coach. After living in the UK for 13 years where he received his Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and winning major competitions like the Scottish Open and British Open he also competed professionally in MMA. Winning two British Amateur MMA titles and finally fighting for EFC in South Africa.
