Established in 1998, Core Catering Supplies hits the mark when it comes to meeting the product needs of the hospitality industry. The company is proud to have branches throughout South Africa. 

In 2004, Core Catering Supplies opened a branch in the seaside town of Hermanus. The focal point was to supply the Overberg region with catering supplies. From humble beginnings, the business has grown into a huge success. 

Carina van der Merwe took ownership of Core Catering Supplies Hermanus in November 2018.
