Fabio’s Ristorante is one of only 25 restaurants in South Africa accredited by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, a mark of true Italian authenticity.
At the heart of the kitchen are recipes that have been passed down through generations. Chef Fabio cooks the way his mamma taught him, using her mamma’s and her mamma’s mamma’s treasured recipes. From the sauces to the toppings, everything is made from scratch using fresh ingredients, with care and respect for tradition.
Authenticity matters here. So much so that Mamma lives in Hermanus and keeps a watchful eye on the kitchen, making sure every plate tastes exactly as it should.

At Dal-Italia, you can stock up on authentic Italian ingredients, local and imported deli products, fresh and frozen meals to take away, and the house speciality, handmade pasta.
For your convenience, the deli offers a delivery service in the Hermanus area and further afield for larger orders.
