There is an art to making wine. For an Italian, there's also an art to choosing the wines for your winelist.
The Italian for all seasons...
Though it may be hard to believe, Italy isn't all beaches, sunshine, and Martini. Italy has a whole year of seasons, so Fabio's (being Italian from roots up), was created to accommodate all of our Hermanus seasons.
We have several rooms and a sheltered stoop. On a cold winter day, the upstairs Italian room near the kitchen is ideal. To catch a warm summer evening, the sheltered stoop outside is quite delightful. Wherever you choose, we have just the place to enjoy anything from a simple coffee (Italian of course) to an ample and satisfying meal.
On the menu we have dishes to suit every mood and whim of the weather; everything from a salad to Osso Bucco. Our wine list is designed to compliment any eventuality.
