Fabio's Ristorante is accredited by the Italian Chamber of Commerce as one of only 25 authentic Italian restaurants in South Africa.
Fabio Lenci uses his mamma’s secret recipes that her mamma, and mamma’s mamma, gave her. All the ingredients are fresh, and Fabio makes all his sauces and toppings from scratch. The authentic taste must be done properly because mamma, lives in Hermanus and keeps a close eye!
