Born in Hawston, Collin left Hawston Secondary School in Grade 8 and immediantly started working in the butchery at Spar where he continued to work for the next 20 years. During this time he worked his way up the ladder in the butchery all the way to manager due to his hard work ethic and passion for what he did. He then decided to start his own business in 2014 and is now the proud owner of Fordies a fresh meat and takeaways business in Hawston.
