Be sure to tag your diary today! Be part of the FOREST FUN RUN (FFR) on 28 October 2016 at the Forest Adventure Centre in the Hemel & Aarde Valley. The Hermanus parkrun route will be used and this 5km night fun run is for the entire family and what better way to start off the weekend by supporting Camphill School and The Overstrand Training Institute.
Registration will commence from 5:30PM at the Forest Adventure Centre and entry into the run costs R40 for all participants. There will be prizes for best dressed boy and girl, best dressed man and woman. Each participant will also be entered into our lucky prize draws after the run.
Remember to bring along headlamps or torches and come and enjoy a feast of flavours at the food and refreshment stalls, entertainment for the kids and oodles more before the race commences at 7:00pm. In addition, we will be looking for creativity from the community. Teams can sponsor an area on the route which they can decorate to their liking. We are also calling vendors to sell food, refreshments and other items.
