The company is owned and managed by Mr Patrick G F Hart (Pr,Eng., Pr.CM., B.Sc., M.l.C.E., PE(Nam)) who has more than 50 years of experience in this industry. He is particularly well-known for his innovative approach to the design and construction of some major projects. As an example he has developed the floating roof method to concrete reservoirs. He is often called in, from all over Southern Africa, to explain why a water retaining structure is leaking, and to provide solutions.
