I touched on this briefly in an earlier post, but yes - it does seem as though negative emotions can help improve our memory accuracy.
What You Resist, Persists
Take a moment to reflect on the areas of your life that you have been resisting and start to accept them. Ask yourself why you are resisting it and what you need to learn from the experience. Once you understand the lessons behind the resistance, it will be easier to move forward and take control of your life. Remember, the things in life that you resist will persist, so it is important to accept what is and allow it to be. As you do this, you will be able to find the strength and courage to rise above your circumstances and create the life you desire. The key is to accept what is, learn from it and then take action to create the life you want.
