Negative Emotions Block Potential

Where are you emotionally?

Sometimes our behaviours are not a true indication of who we are but merely an indication of how we have been conditioned to be. Our reactions are driven by our “programs” but fortunately, it is possible to change them. Your actions are merely responses driven by the programmed version of you…the way you have been conditioned to react. If you find that your behaviour does not serve you in becoming the person you wish to be, you have the power to change your conditioning.

Most people are not satisfied with their lives and try to change their ways but few are successful. If you wish to change your conditioned behaviour and improve your life, you need the knowledge and proper resources. Without them, you are doomed to fail.  First and foremost, you need to determine what behaviour it is that you wish to change if you are to reach your goals. Once you have established that, you need to work on a plan of action to change the behaviour and apply it to your life. The impact that emotions have on our lives cannot be understated. Your emotional state impacts all aspects of your life, including your health. Positive emotions impact favourably upon well-being and vice versa. When a person experiences “happy” emotions… any form of acute happiness, the body starts resonating at a higher frequency and the brain secretes “feel good” neurotransmitters beneficial to health and well-being. The energy associated with positive emotions raises the body’s vibration and when this vibration reaches a certain set-point, there is a rush of life-enhancing energy that elevates the person into a state of ecstasy. When this happens the body does what it has been created to do, heal itself. The opposite is also true. Negative emotions are severely detrimental to health especially when the situation becomes chronic and you experience negative emotions most of the time. Repressed negative emotional content is the major cause of dis-ease. All degenerative diseases have their origin in either a significant emotional event (trauma) or repressed negative emotions. They are also the driving forces behind addictions. The predominant negative emotions are anger, shame, sadness, fear, anxiety, frustration, doubt, hate, hurt, rejection and guilt. The subconscious mind represses negative emotional content until it views the time appropriate to surface them into conscious awareness and to find a resolution.

Quantum Physics.

Quantum Physics has revealed that all matter consists of light and energy that vibrate at different frequencies. The quantum perspective reveals that everything in the universe is an integration of interdependent energy fields that are entangled in a mesh-work of interactions. Emotions are resonant energy that is stored in the neural network. Negative emotions have negative energy that resonates at extremely low frequencies. When you have negative thoughts, messenger molecules carry damaging energy from the brain to every cell in the body. The energy that accompanies negative thoughts creates stress which in turn leads to inflammation. Scientific studies have revealed that inflammation of the cells plays a crucial role in the onset of cancer and somatic disorders. In 2008 The M.D. Anderson Cancer Centre in Houston announced that their research revealed that only 5-10% of all cancer cases can be attributed to genetic defects, whereas 90-95% are rooted in lifestyle choices.

Your biography thus becomes your biology.

Stress is a reaction that originates in the mind. Mindset can be changed. There is a universal law that states that similar vibrations attract. When you strike a tuning fork, all tuning forks tuned to the same frequency will start to vibrate. Those tuned to other frequencies will remain unaffected. This is the law of vibration. This law also applies to humans. When you have negative emotions, repressed trauma, or negative thoughts, you resonate at a low frequency and will attract events vibrating to similar frequencies, i/e the negative, into your life. This is the reason why so many negative things happen to miserable, angry, sad, and depressed people. They attract it, as simple as that. Their low vibration attracts circumstances corresponding to the frequency they resonate at and if the situation is allowed to persist, they die prematurely. The moment a person starts to take charge to change their negative emotional state and release unprocessed negative content, their body’s frequency rises causing not only their emotional state to improve, but they also start to attract better conditions into their life. When you take control of your thoughts, you can control your emotional state and can choose how to feel at every moment and in any situation. Why not choose to feel great all the time then? Imagine being in control of your emotions and thoughts. How much better will life not be if you were able to steer through life, effortlessly?
