Destructive Emotions and Limiting Beliefs

  1. Negative emotions and limiting beliefs negatively impact your physical and mental health.

  2. Negative emotions lead to stress and it has scientifically been proven that stress is the number one cause of disease

  3. The way out of this situation is to address the afflictive emotions directly and delete them from the subconscious mind. This is possible with Timeline Trauma & Stress Therapy

  4. Limiting beliefs can be changed by replacing them with powerful positive beliefs that serve you to unlock your ultimate potential to become the best version of yourself.

  5. Transformation Coaching liberates you from the burden of living with a mind and body under the control of destructive emotions and limiting beliefs.

  6. Your external and internal world is shaped by your emotions and beliefs and should they be negative, destructive and cause suffering.

  7. Releasing and Letting Go of your destructive emotions liberates you from mental and physical dis-ease that causes pain and suffering.

  8. The means of overcoming afflictive emotions is through Transformation Therapy.

  9. We all want happiness and to release our suffering. Once you have decided that you no longer want to live with the painful side effects caused by your negative emotions and limiting beliefs, you have to be consistently committed to the process of releasing and abandoning them.

  10. If you do not have a strong intention to escape the clutches of your pervasive (destructive) conditioning, the development of a driving force to do so will forever lie beyond your reach.

  11. Negative (counterproductive) emotions are toxic and poison your neurology.

  12. Negative emotions lead to a life that is un-peaceful, uncomfortable, stressful, and disturbing which contribute to dis-ease.

  13. All diseases create an imbalance in the body and lead to physical and mental discomfort that destroys vitality and make living a fulfilling life impossible.

  14. By associating with dysfunctional tendencies, your mind-body complex induces outright suffering. The very existence of this type of mind-body dysfunction is nothing more than the expression of your negative conditioning.

  15.  Every limiting belief has an opposing force which, when activated, disconnects and releases the negative belief leading to positive and healthy change.
