Concept Design to Final Initial
Creating a concept design is one of the most important roles in the design and visual process.
Starting off this will be a Nutec construction home with corner windows featured in the bedrooms on Ground Floor. We featured a very open Lapa area with a braai for those December braai's. The kitchen will also be all open plan. The Loft Room area features one bathroom and two Bedrooms.
The Main Feature or attraction is the Frameless glass panels. This creates an open atmosphere to the Lapa area also makes the house feel bigger than it actually is.
