Andrea Liddell began developing her own natural product range after she almost lost her Siamese cat due to a severe reaction to commercial products. Her vet introduced eco-friendly treatments and Andrea was so impressed with the positive results she got that she was inspired to enrol for natural healing courses with the South Africa Herb Academy and the Radionics Association (Oxford). After extensive research, Andrea developed a non-chemical tick and flea powder for cats, and so, Mai.Co was established.
Andrea, her father Jay and mom, Sonja developed the first natural recipes together, using herbs from her own garden. Over time the products for her cat were added to and grew into a range of over 80 all natural products for the whole family, and for the home.
