Health Coaches are trained in habit formation, behaviour change and communication skills that allow them to help people overcome obstacles in order to achieve their goals. My training as a Functional Medicine Health Coach as well as a Physiotherapist means that I have knowledge surrounding various health conditions, diets and treatment protocols. We work as individuals and in collaboration with other health care professionals to help you achieve your personalised goals.
I see optimal wellness as a journey in which we need to address all aspects of our life including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and social connection. All of our body systems are connected, and when we do not look after each of the systems or have an imbalance, things start to go wrong. This is when we tend to experience symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, decreased immunity, chronic pain or we develop a chronic condition. Life is busy and stressful, and often we require support in order to achieve this balance. I am here to provide that support to help you feel energetic, balanced and well.
