I am a Biokineticist with a special interest in Wellness - doing my best to stay healthy and pain free. I aim to assist every person to strengthen their bodies in order to enjoy their activities of daily living (walking up stairs, hanging washing, playing with kids), spots and hobbies (hiking, running, cycling, swimming) pain and injury free. My motto is - you need to be strong to hike, run, cycle, swim and enjoy life. Furthermore, I believe that prevention is the cure and movement is the key.
