a Number of highly distinguished international and South African musicians have taken their bow on the Auditorium’s stage. The society is recognised for playing an important role in providing performing artists with a further platform to share their talent with the Overberg community. The reach of the society includes the same as that of the Overstrand Municipality: towns from Pringle Bay along the coast to Kleinmond, Fisherhaven, Hawston, Vermont, Onrus, Mount Pleasant, Zwelihle, Greater Hermanus, Stanford round to Gansbaai and Pearly Beach, etc.
The following persons form part of the current committee and management of Overstrand Arts Kunste: Louis van Heerden (chairman), Advocate Werner Zybrands (vice-chairperson), Bennie Kotze (treasurer), René du Plooy (secretary), Ella Fourie, Anna-marié Kotzé, Johan Radloff, Pieter Stofberg and Gerhard Verheul.
Tickets are R130 (students pay R 60).
Membership fee for 12 month is R150 and gives you a discount of R40 on your tickets.
