The Gansbaai motor vehicle and registration (MVR) department is open and operational from its new office space, inside the Municipal Building in Gansbaai.

Business hours are Mondays - Fridays from 08:00 - 15:15, with a lunch break between 13:00 - 13:45.

The traffic offices in Hermanus will be open Mondays - Fridays from 08:00 - 15:15 and two Saturday mornings per month from 08:30 - 12:00.

The traffic offices in Kleinmond will be open Mondays - Fridays from 08:00 - 15:15, with a lunch break between 13:00 - 13:45.
