When he is not working, Johann enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Barbara has a strong background in marketing and advertising and spent many years doing residential property renovations and interior designing.
In 2014 she joined the real estate group that would go on to become RE/MAX Town and Country, as a developer, and immediately spotted the opportunity for a RE/MAX franchise in Hermanus. Martin inadvertently began his career in real estate at the tender age of nine when he would build homes out of Legos, and practice his selling techniques on his Lego men and women. It was around this time that he also dabbled in Property as a Monopoly mogul.
After graduating from the University of Technology, he practiced MoP for 20 years.
Flipping his own properties inspired Martin to start living out his passion for property, and he moved on to a full-time career as an estate agent with RE/MAX Town and Country. Determining his client’s wish-list and budget are important factors that allow him to provide options that will allow them to feel in control of their property journey.
In his spare time, Martin enjoys exploring Hermanus and the surrounding areas that he promotes as being a treasure trove of cultural experiences just waiting to be discovered. Volunteering his time in the community projects that RE/MAX Town and Country are involved in is also a priority in this busy real estate agent’s life.
