Smart Solution Architecture and Architectural Consultants is a dynamic architectural practice, based in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa. We assist you as the client from initial brief meeting up to council approval and/or hand over of completed building project.

Smart Solution Architecture in association with Smart Solution Architectural Consultants are architectural professionals, based in Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape, South Africa. We provide a full range of professional architectural services including but not limited to new designs, alterations, additions and restorations in the Overberg, Cape Peninsula, the Boland and surrounding areas. Our extended portfolio includes work nationally. We believe in adding value to any project by using innovative design and cost-effective solutions. Our honest approach to hard work, backed by our collective experience and integrity in our relationships with clients, associates, contractors and sub-contractors are all factors that contribute to our success. Setup initial meeting with one of our team members to discuss client requirements (First meeting occurs on-site or at existing premises usually)

Fee structure will be provided based on scope of works and services required as discussed at initial meeting for client approval / consideration.

Client to provide written acceptance of fee structure before any work will commence.

Work will proceed as per stages as set-out in agreement with client approval at each stage for partial or full architectural appointment.
