Tri Girl & X Tri @ Benguela Wine Estate

This is an event to celebrate being a Woman or to celebrate the Woman in your life. Enter for Tri Girl, where you can have fun together with your girl friends or enter as a Mother and Daughter Team or if you are a Male encourage the Woman/Girls in your life and do the Benguela Tri. The only Triathlon in SA where you can enter as a Mother Daughter Team or a Father/Son Team. It is an exciting and Fast Cross Triathlon close to Hermanus at Benguela Cove Wine Estate. It is a great Cross Triathlon for beginners.

Swim in the Botrivier lagoon (salty water), cycle on the Benguela Wine Estate between the vineyards and run on the Estate. At all times while you cycle or run you will have the most amazing scenery with the lagoon and the mountains in the background. This will be a very fast triathlon with very little elevation, see the profiles. The cycling route and run routes are not technical and the water is salty.

Please note: Minimum age for the Relay Team is 15. Minimum age for the Super Sprint is 12. Enter as a Individual for the Sprint or Super Sprint or do the Sprint Tri as a Relay Team. Relay team can be 2 or 3.
