Wellness Day in collaboration with PROactive Fitness, Overstrand Aesthetics, Nutrigist and Wilson Schneider Biokinetics.

We all know how important it is to take care of our health, but sometimes it can be hard to find the time or motivation to do so. ​That's where Wellness Day comes in! Wellness Day is a day dedicated to focusing on self-care and well-being. ​

Join us at PROactive Fitness on the 21st of March to prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional health and engage in activities that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellness. ​
