As biokinetcists we prescribe exercise and promote physical activity to assist you to stay active and healthy (PREVENTION is better than CURE), or to enhance sports performance or to Pre/Rehabilitate injures or chronic dieases or conditions to ensure you live your best life! Our fully equipped practice was established in 2007 and is located at Proactive Fitness, Hermanus Sports Club, Magnolia St & Jose Burman Drive, Eastcliff, Hermanus. We have 3 registered and experienced biokinetictists available to assist you in improving your health, wellness and quality of life. We also offer clinical rehabilitation pilates, as well as matwork and reformer pilates (STOTT pilates). We look forward to assisting you with your health and wellness goals, no matter what they are.
