My mom and dad were practising health conscious people from when I was conceived. Years later I have come to believe that that is why I have a passion for promoting a healthier lifestyle, step by step, by sharing my knowledge gained for the past 25 years, through my baking and making ‘foods’ that will enhance a feeling of wellbeing for all Moms, Dads, Babies, and the rest of the family. I would like to say that I look forward to living this way until “forever”, that is why I have a saying of my own making - “Going Green Slowly from Conception --------- to infinity.”
