The Hangklip-Kleinmond Business Forum is an independent, non-political, subscription-based association that is dedicated to promoting a business-friendly environment in the Hangklip-Kleinmond Area. The forum is open to members from all sectors of the economy, from the independent entrepreneur to small and medium-size enterprises. Hangklip-Kleinmond Business Forum promote enterprise and skills development by offering training relevant to businesses in the Hangklip-Kleinmond area. Furthermore, the Forum offers business advisory services and assists in networking through local events. The members of the Hangklip-Kleinmond Business Forum promote unity and integration within the business community, thus forming a unified business voice representing the Hangklip-Kleinmond Area.

Focus: To market the Hangklip-Kleinmond business district and Hangklip Kleinmond Business Forum.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND JOB CREATION

Focus: To assist with job creation, infrastructure and economic development.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Focus: To assist in poverty alleviation, upliftment and self-empowerment. To Integrate and coordinate social programs to avoid duplication and ensure proper utilization of funds.

EDUCATION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Focus: To support the pursuit of achieving an exceptional standard of education for the area's children. To prepare the youth for their responsible leadership roles of the future so that the right people can be drawn to the region.

GOVERNMENT LIAISON

Focus: To be informed and stay informed on what is happening in local government planning and decision making.

INTERNAL AND MEMBERSHIP MATTERS

Focus: To build the internal and external image of the business chamber, recruit members and recruit financial partners to ensure the Hangklip-Kleinmond Business Forum is a financially independent operation.
