Nakitula is a little entrepreneurial celebration (and not just a little shop) in Kleinmond and unit 15 at the Old Harbour Market in Hermanus Waterfront in the Overberg.Brought to life by Naki (Nydia Carelse from Kleinmond) and blessed by the prayers of her late mom Tula. Naki (female entrepreneur & owner Nydia’s childhood nickname) & Tula (her forever inspiration and late mom’s childhood nickname).
Created by an entrepreneur for entrepreneurs that produce products in the handmade and locally made sectors. For entrepreneurs that are looking for an in-store sales outlet for their goods and are in need of marketing exposure with the added plus that they can just produce without the hassle of going out to sell their goods.
Through Nakitula we want to inspire others to always dream bigger never lose hope and keep going. To prove that if small “peanuts” stand together, we can achieve the seemingly impossible!
Exhibitors pay a monthly fee to have their goods showcased, sold and marketed through the shop outlets.
Nakitula is also committed to skills transfer and training and through some of our passionate exhibitors, we will strive to host a few workshops facilitated by the fantastic entrepreneurs behind the products.
Through workshops our entrepreneurs can also secure another additional source of income for them besides product sales.
