Palmiet Caravan Park in Kleinmond has a beautiful view of the Palmiet Mountains and direct access to the beach and lagoon. Palmiet Caravan Park has 82 caravan spaces and 20 tent sites with electricity points. There are another 34 campsites without electricity points. Palmiet Caravan Park has modern ablution facilities which are wheelchair friendly. The sandy beach adjacent to Palmiet Caravan Park is perfect for beach games and sunbathing while the lagoon is ideal for swimming, canoeing and board-sailing. The beautiful Palmiet River has something to offer everyone and you can do everything from swimming and canoeing to tubing and white water rafting.

“Palmiet Caravan Park is my favourite camping site and we go four times a year. What more can you ask for? You have mountains on the one side, the child-friendly lagoon to relax in and the ocean within walking distance. The best time for camping is during the week when it's quiet. Ablutions are very neat, and the toilets are clean with toilet paper provided. There are quails, guinea fowls and many other bird species in abundance. The management is friendly.
