Kleinmond Modern Home Project

Exciting news from our Kleinmond project! Since May 2024, our team has been hard at work, overcoming typical construction challenges with impressive efficiency.

• May 2024: Site clearance and marking began.
• May 10: Mattress for the raft foundation completed.
• Days 12-15: Foundation preparation, steel beams, and slab boxes installed.
• Day 15: First walls erected, marking a major milestone.
• Days 31: Roof beams, electrical fittings, and fencing completed.

As of August 8th, the structure is ready for its first coat of plaster.
